I’m a Dallas trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience resolving high-stakes conflicts for Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals. As founder of AbsolutLAW, PLLC, I’ve handled complex cases involving business disputes, product liability, professional liability, fiduciary duties, and defamation. I’ve been recognized among the Top 50 Attorneys in Dallas and hold the highest AV-Preeminent peer-reviewed rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

In courtrooms and community leadership roles, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when rigid ideology replaces compromise and civil discourse breaks down. That experience—combined with more than six decades of life’s twists and turns—led me to write The Moderate Revolution: Bridging America’s Divide to Reclaim Our Future. In it, I examine the rise of political extremism, its damage to our shared institutions, and practical, time-tested ways moderates can move beyond partisan extremes to rebuild a more functional democracy.

A Texan since 1987, I’ve served in civic leadership, including as immediate past Chairman of the Fairview Economic and Community Development Corporations. I live in Plano with my wife and our two miniature dachshunds.
