About Warren R. Westberg

Warren R. Westberg, a Dallas-based trial attorney, is the founder of AbsolutLAW, PLLC, a civil litigation boutique and problem-solving law firm. He has over 35 years of experience navigating high-stakes civil litigation having served as lead counsel for Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals in hundreds of major cases involving business disputes, product liability, professional liability, fiduciary duties and defamation. He has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Attorneys in Dallas and has consistently achieved the highest AV-Preeminent peer-reviewed rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In the Courtroom and the community, he has witnessed firsthand the consequences of rigid ideology, eroded compromise, and the breakdown of civil discourse.
Warren is a vocal advocate for political moderation, national unity, and common-sense, common-ground solutions. He is the author of The Moderate Revolution: Bridging America’s Divide to Reclaim Our Future, where he addresses the rise of political extremism and its deleterious impact on our country and calls for moderates to begin a revolution to take back our future using practical, time-tested methods that will move Americans beyond partisan extremes and rebuild a more functional democracy.
Warren has been a Texan since 1987 and has served in various civic leadership roles including as immediate past Chairman of the Fairview Economic and Community Development Corporations. He currently resides in Plano, Texas with his wife and their two Miniature dachshunds.
Warren founded Warren’s View to attempt to bring some clarity, perspective, and a problem-solving mindset to the broader national conversation. In an era of polarization and noise, this blog offers grounded commentary on American politics and public policy, cultural and societal trends, media narratives and misinformation, leadership, accountability, and civic responsibility—often with a sharp observation or punchline to cut through the clutter.
The aim is simple: not to dictate what readers should think, but to encourage independent, critical thinking and respect for differing viewpoints. Welcome to Warren’s View—where reason still has a seat at the table.
About Warren’s View

Welcome to Warren’s View, a platform for thoughtful commentary on politics, culture, and life in general—delivered with clarity, perspective, and the occasional punchline.
The blog exists to challenge extreme thinking, encourage civil dialogue, and offer grounded perspectives in an increasingly polarized world.
After six decades of living life fully with all its unexpected twists and turns and having spent half of those decades resolving high-stakes conflicts in courtrooms, I’ve witnessed firsthand what happens when people stop listening, compromise disappears, and ideology outweighs reason. Warren’s View is an extension of that experience—applied not to litigation, but to the national conversation.
